Oliver's remarkable hospitality education and extensive experience have propelled him to become one of Fairmas' key and most senior executives since 2014. Today, Oliver is the Chief Commercial Officer at Fairmas. In his previous role, Oliver successfully managed Product Management and played a pivotal role in the initial implementation of the company's financial planning tool, which is widely used today. As Chief Commercial Officer, Oliver shapes Fairmas' strategic direction. With over 15 years of international hospitality experience in financial planning, his expertise is extremely valuable. His deep industry knowledge and user perspective enable him to meet the unique needs of Fairmas' customers.
Michael Grove
Chief Executive Officer, HotStats
Michael is the Chief Operating Officer at Hotstats. Hotstats provide monthly P&L benchmarking & market Insight for the hotel industry. Collecting monthly detailed financial data from hotels worldwide from over one hundred brands and independent hotels, Hotstats provides over 550 different KPIs covering all operating revenues, payroll, expenses, cost of sales and ultimately departmental and total hotel profitability. Before joining Hotstats, Michael held multiple operational & financial roles at hotel and corporate levels, for over 16 years and is a regular guest lecturer at universities & hotel schools around the world.
