Fairmas GmbH, headquartered in Berlin, specializes in the development of financial planning, controlling and managing reporting software solutions tailored to the needs and specificities of the hotel industry.

Since its foundation in 2003, a team of more than 50 hotel and IT specialists has been working on the user benefit-oriented optimization and standardization of the financial planning process with tailor-made software solutions for hotels. In an environment of rising costs, increasing competition and rapidly changing demand, Fairmas founders and former hotel and business executives recognized early on the growing importance of tailor-made financial planning for long-term hotel success.

15,000 users in 5,000 hotels worldwide currently work with the innovative Fairmas solutions (FairPlanner, Advanced Revenue Planner, PickupTracking, Digitalised Asset Management Reporting and more) – from global chain hotels, to leisure hotels and privately run hotels. In addition, Fairmas offers the implementation of individual solutions that are based on specific, internal company requirements.
