Alexander brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held multiple senior leadership roles across diverse markets in Europe. Most recently, he held the roles of Regional Manager, Motel One and Director Operations at Travel Charme Hotels & Resorts. His extensive hospitality-specific background in hotel operations and strategic leadership equips him with a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges, as well as the tools and innovation needed to drive performance and deliver value to customers.
In his new role at Fairmas, Alexander will lead the Customer Success Department, overseeing project management, customer support, and operations. He will play a vital role in strengthening internal processes while ensuring Fairmas continues to meet the evolving needs of its expanding global customer base and further deepening customer relationships.
