With its SIHOT family of applications, GUBSE AG offers innovative software solutions for the hotel industry. The company’s philosophy is to provide the hotelier with a complete and practically orientated information and management system based on the very latest technologies.

Fairmas uses the standard XML interface from SIHOT, which has been adapted to our requirements in collaboration with GUBSE AG, in order to provide FairBudget with the appropriate data on a day-to-day basis.



Brilliant Hotelsoftware is a software company with many years of tradition and experience, focused on the hospitality industry. Its products, which include: Brilliant PM Pro (front and back-office applications), and the Bankett (for the administration of conference capacities), and Wellness modules (for the management of sports and wellness facilities) – to name just a few – are targeted at the needs of hotel and tourism companies.

The Brilliant hotel software systems can be linked to the Fairmas modules through an XML interface, so that in future, Brilliant’s customers will be able to access the Fairmas product range, covering benchmarking, budgeting, forecast and controlling services.

Berlin Tourismus Marketing GmbH (BTM) is a service agency for tourism partners in the markets, and an active information broker for the travel industry. Since 1993, it has had the task of promoting the tourist attractions and facilities of the city of Berlin throughout the world. BTM-Partnerhotels e.V. is the communication platform for the BTM partner hotels, supporting the BTM in marketing Berlin for tourism.

The BTM and Fairmas are strengthening their cooperation to provide a workable database for assessment and strategies for the tourism and hotel-seekers in the context of consolidated occupancy levels and benchmarking analyses.
