Fairmas reports significant growth in 2021 year-end report
600 new hotel clients and 20 integration partners onboarded within second year of pandemic
Berlin, 20. December 2021 – Fairmas, the developer of cloud-native hospitality financial business intelligence solutions and serving over 5,000 customers worldwide, adds 600 new hotel clients in their 2021 year-end report. This growth proves that even though it has not been easy for the hospitality industry, the downtime brought about by the pandemic forced owners and operators to take a step back and realize how investing in the right operational technology can prepare, support, and secure their businesses in the long run, especially in the face of a world crisis.
Some of the hotel companies who signed with the Berlin-based software developer include Cycas Hospitality (Netherlands), Westmont Hospitality Group (Canada), Harbour Hotels Group (United Kingdom), DUR (Saudi Arabia) and Iconic Hotels by Geocon (Australia).
“Despite the pandemic that caused a standstill in the hospitality business, we have achieved success in acquiring new customers this year. With our Fairmas solutions, we are able to support them in optimizing their financial planning and reporting processes to increase profit. They can also be prepared for any kind of situation their business could face with the use of FairPlanner’s what-if scenario-planning feature, among others,” says Oliver Rabe, Fairmas’ Director of Business Development.
“We are proud to be of service to the hospitality industry in the last 18 years. To gain a significant number of new clients from all over the world, especially in the time of a pandemic, proves that we are staying true to our Fairmas vision – to be the partner who helps hotel customers achieve their financial goals through bespoke software products continuously adapted to their constantly evolving needs. We look forward to bringing our solutions to other international markets who can benefit from our tools,” says Niels Schröder, Managing Director of Fairmas.
The growth in customer base also opened the opportunity to enter partnerships with other hotel systems. They complement Fairmas’ software solutions in terms of seamless data integration that ultimately benefit mutual customers. Users are not only able to save time and effort by taking away the manual tasks of entering data multiple times in disparate systems. They are also provided with a wealth of data that is clear, relevant, and up to date, which they can reliably use in their comprehensive analysis and strategic decision-making processes.
Shiji Enterprise Platform, Emma PMS (Radisson Hotel Group), Stayntouch PMS, HotStats P&L Benchmarking and STR Benchmarking are some of the 20 new integrated systems that are now added to the existing list of over 70 partners under the system categories PMS, accounting/ERP, data management, revenue management, and rate shoppers, among others.
“We are excited to be working with new partners who share in our vision of having our customers’ and users’ needs placed front and center as we continuously develop our own respective solutions. Putting together our strengths drive improvement and innovation that lead to our customers’ increased efficiency and reduction in operational costs – both of which have great impact on their businesses,” adds Schröder.
