Hotel performance August 2013 in comparison to previous year

For Leipzig hoteliers, this August was much better than last year’s (RevPar: up 9%). The ESPEN congress (31 August to 03 September 2013) taking place this year, an event held at rotating venues, boosted both occupancy and rates (Occ: +2%, ADR: +7%).
