Hotel performance February 2013 in comparison to previous year

February in Hamburg was generally much better than 2012 (RevPar: +7%), mainly due to the 5% rise in occupancy. Main reasons: higher demand in the MICE business sector, and a much better booking situation in the group travel segment. Some hotels benefited from the closure of the InterContinental Hotel through an overflow of business in all segments.
