Hotel performance May 2013 in comparison to previous year

The May figures were not a big surprise for Munich hoteliers: the Trendbarometer had already predicted negative development. RevPar fell by 21% compared to the 2012 figure, influenced not least by a significantly weaker ADR (down 19%). This month, the high number of public holidays and the lack of trade fairs were the main reasons for this result.
