Hotel performance June 2012 in comparison to last year

June 2012 in Leipzig was better than in 2011, with a rise of 5% in RevPar, caused by the positive occupancy (Occ up 4%). Possible reasons for this: the AMI (a trade show held eve-ry other year) and the Cyto Congress from 23 to 27 June 2012. Besides this, a number of hoteliers have been able to confirm higher demand than last year from events such as the Bach Festival, and the SMART and Saxony beach volleyball tours.
