Hotel performance December 2014 in comparison to previous year

December was good for a few surprises in Dresden’s hotels. Demand was enormous, although it did come quite late as usual , which meant that the rates could no longer be adjusted upwards. Even the 4th Advent weekend – a classically weak time of the year in many establishments – was fully booked. Bookings during the festive period itself, usually less than spectacular, were remarkably positive this time round (OCC: 6 %, ADR: 5 %, RevPar: 12 %).
