Hotel performance March 2013 in comparison to previous year

The overall performance in Dresden in March was very subdued, mainly due to a big decline in ADR (down 5%) in an already price-sensitive market. This result was mainly due to the poor weather conditions at Easter, as well as the airport strike in March.
