Fairmas’ newest software generation’s global rollout for IHG Hotels and Resorts completed successfully
Fairmas GmbH has successfully completed the global rollout of its latest-generation web-based software for IHG Hotels and Resorts (IHG). Fairmas has been supporting IHG since 2005 with its innovative software solutions designed for the hospitality industry. Fairmas is a trusted BI hospitality software provider specializing in financial planning, controlling and management solutions supporting hotel businesses worldwide.
The software has been rolled out in 75 countries, including in more than 400 hotels in China.
Fairmas hands over the Hotel Benchmarking to their trusted partner STR, a CoStar Group company, to focus on the global presence and distribution of their Financial Planning & Reporting business
Over the last 18 years up until now, both partners mutually conducted market research based on the daily data of more than 2.200 hotels throughout Germany. Fairmas now withdraws from this Hotel Benchmarking business and subsequently all participating hotels shall benefit from the global STR expertise in the future.
